Hypothesis: Do the ingredients of nail polish effect how long it lasts for?Method:
1. Apply one layer of four different types of a particular coloured nail polish onto aluminum foil.
2. Time how long it takes for each type to dry onto the foil.
3. Record observations and results.
3. Rub rough sandpaper against the nail polish and observe the durability of the nail polish.
4. Record observations and results.
My independent variable would be the nail polish's ingredients. The dependent variable would be the duration of the nail polish applied.

Looks good, but just be very careful that you aren't looking at too many ingredients in nail polish!
